Atmel 256-Kb FPGA Configuration EEPROM provides easy-to-use, cost-effective configuration memory for FPGAs. This device comes in 8-lead PDIP and 20-lead SOIC packages. This EEPROM can configure one or more FPGA devices using a simple serial-access procedure. It can be programmed using industry-standard programmers, the Atmel ATDH2200E programming kit, or the Atmel ATDH2225 ISP cable and factory programming.
