The PE4280 is a high-isolation CMOS Switch designed for CATV applications, covering a broad frequency range from 5 up to 2200 MHz. This single-supply SPDT switch integrates a two-pin CMOS control interface. It also provides low insertion loss with excellent low bias requirements while operating on a single 3-volt supply. In a typical CATV application, the PE4280 provides good isolation and can replace bulky and expensive mechanical switches. It is offered in a 20-lead 4x4 QFN package.
