Highly integrated UHF ASK/FSK single-channel half-duplex transceiver with low power consumption supplied in a small QFN48 package. Thanks to excellent blocking and selectivity performance, additional 15-20dB loss, and narrow bandwidth, no SAW is needed for key fob or sensor applications. The building blocks needed for a typical RKE and access control systems for base and the mobile stations are fully integrated, so fewer external components are needed.The device supports data rates of 1-20Kbit/s (FSK) and 1-10Kbit/s (ASK) in Manchester, Bi-phase and other codes in transparent mode. Transmitting frequency range is 314 MHz to 316 MHz.
