The MC68HC705C9A HCMOS microcomputer is a member if the M68HC05 Family. The MC68HC705C9A is the EPROM version of the MC68HC05C9A and can also be configuerd as the EPROM version of the MC68HC05C12A. The MC68HC705C9A memory map consists of 12,092 bytes of user EPROM and 176 bytes of RAM when configured as an MC68HC05C9A. The MC68HC705C9A includes a serial communications interface, a serial peripheral interface, and a 16-bit capture/compare timer.
