Low pin count 8-bit flash microcontroller serving as part of the Atmel CANary™ family of 8-bit microcontrollers for CAN network applications. The device provides 16KB of flash memory including 2KB of ISP boot flash, 2KB EEPROM, and 512 bytes RAM. The design reduces electro-magnetic emission.
